What does my coaching program entail?

The coaching program includes one free hour for a 'get to know you' session and 10 sessions. Additionally, we offer a FREE BONUS: you are invited to participate in 12 monthly training/Q&A sessions (open forum or pre-recorded trainings). Please note that you are free to opt out of the FREE bonus. The fee structure will not change. We encourage you to connect and delve deep into various topics.

I noticed there's a lot of coaching options. What if I want a combination of coaching styles?

Coaching is fluid, and you can incorporate as many coaching styles as you wish. For example, if you want to include business coaching, conflict resolution coaching, and leadership coaching, you can do so. Additionally, you can choose whether you prefer the ICF Coaching Federation approach, a blended approach, or the SPICES coaching style.

What is the ICF Coaching Federation, blended, and SPICES coaching styles?

As a trained coach who received training at the ICF Professional Certified Level at Georgetown University, I follow the ICF competencies and code of ethics. The Blended style incorporates a mix of ICF and other ethical principles. The SPICES style is an interdisciplinary approach that addresses all components of the dynamic and holistic human being. Dr. Koo developed the SPICES style due to its ability to be more comprehensive and fluid compared to other approaches.

What the SPICES way?

The SPICES way is a holistic approach to personal development and well-being, encompassing six key dimensions—Spiritual, Physical, Interpersonal, Cognitive, Emotional, and Social—to help individuals achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives.

What other services do you provide?

We offer coaching, consulting, training, webinars, and speaking services (in-person and virtual).

What if I am interested in only the coaching program and not the training sessions?

The coaching program includes one free hour for a 'get to know you' session and 10 sessions. The 12 monthly training/Q&A sessions are a free bonus. You can choose to opt out of the 12 training/Q&A sessions.
